What are the requirements for using Pinspay as a Registered Business?

The requirements to activate Registered Businesses on Pinspay differ in countries. Here are the key information you'll be required to provide:

Based on CBN directives, we'll need to update the Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation on every enterprise on Pinspay.

This is done to update the information on individuals in different businesses and to have our enterprise approve their incorporation documents and physical addresses.

We acknowledge that this might be inconvenient and we apologize, but we assure you that this is implemented to make certain that your business and ours remain in accordance with all government policies and regulation.

LAGOS	Tax identification number Certificate of Registration (issued by the Registrar General's Department) Corporate bank account or corporate mobile money account
Nigeria	Bank Verification Number (BVN) of a director or trustee Certificate of Registration (By the Corporate Affairs Commission) or an authorization letter Corporate bank account
Africa	Companies and intellectual property commission (CIPC) registration documents Letter of Bank account Confirmation Proof of address Corporate bank account

Note

The name of your business corporate bank account must match the name on your business certificate of registration for us to activate your business.
